Do you offer graphic design services?
Not at this time. We're still in the building phase of Vineland Printing. As soon as we're able to support those services, we will offer them to our awesome customers. Until then, we're happy to work with your graphic design teams to ensure all files are properly formatted before sending to print. 
 

What's the proper bleed for my artwork?
For Print Products, add 0.125" bleed on all sides for proper edge-to-edge printing. In addition, text and important elements should be kept 0.25" off the edge to avoid being cut off in the trimming process.

For Signs, no bleed is required for retractable banners. All other banners are hemmed unless otherwise requested. When selecting Hemming, leave a 1.25" safe area within your finalized artwork. This area is where the hemming will go over the banner (Make sure there is no important text or logos in this area).
 

How should I format my artwork files when sending them over?
Print Products should be in CMYK color mode at 300dpi. The image should be flattened with no crop marks or other template. PDF is preferred, but other acceptable formats are JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, or SVG. Please ensure proper permissions are enabled when sharing via DropBox, Google Drive, etc.  

Signs should be in CMYK color mode at 150dpi. Rasterized/flattened images should be sent at final print size. Vector graphics may be sent in scaled-down dimension. Do not include any crop marks or other template. PDF is preferred, but other acceptable formats are JPEG, PNG, AI, EPS, or SVG. Please ensure proper permissions are enabled when sharing via DropBox, Google Drive, etc. 
 

Can you price match VistaPrint?
We actually beat VistaPrint and nearly every other print shop on the products we offer. Some sites will lure you in with a special promo like "100 business cards for $9.99". But the paper quality is cheap, that price only covers printing on one side of the card, and shipping is always extra. Up your quantity to 500 and you'll see how pricey things can get. Our business cards are printed on quality 15pt stock, come in full vivid color on both sides, and ship free.
